Simplified overview of the discharge provisions of the revised
MARPOL Annex V (resolution MEPC.201(62)) which will enter into force on
1 January 2013

A simplified overview of  the revised Marpol Annex V (resolution MEPC.201(62)) has been issued by the International Maritime Organisation. The annexe become mandatory 1 January 2013.
