This video will feature a custom-built cart for our Arc Metal Sprayer. It’s time to fire up the welder and bring this custom build to life. This shop project has been on our list for a while, and it’s finally time to mark it. Building a heavy-duty cart for our i450 Arc Metal Sprayer using laser cut parts, wheels, and 20mm tubing. The goal is to create a custom, heavy-duty cart that perfectly meets our needs. We started by bolting the frame together, then proceeded to fabricate the handles using a radius prototype to ensure a perfect fit. After that, it was time to arrange the axles for the wheels. We quickly turned them on the lathe, drilled, and threaded them to securely hold the wheels in place. Once everything was welded, the welds were ground, painted, and bolted back together. Last minute? Testing with the i450! Clean shop construction and real-world problem solving.
